DURHAM, N.C. -- Durham police are investigating a fatal arson after finding a body inside of a burned car.     

Officers made the discovery around 10 p.m. Thursday on Guardian Drive.     

Police are looking at the incident as both an arson and a death investigation.

At last check, the identity of the person inside the car has not been released.
