BREWERTON, N.Y. -- Court documents obtained Monday are shedding some light on a horrific homicide from the weekend. We now know the victim was killed and then burned by the suspects at the Bay Shore North Apartment complex in Brewerton.

That wasn't the only crime scene, though. Officials say there were two others in Onondaga and Oswego counties. Two people have since been charged.

Corey Slattery, 28, was charged with murder and concealment of a human corpse. According to the documents, one witness claims hearing Slattery killing the victim and seeing the victim's body. Another witness says Slattery admitted to the crime.

Connie Ingoldby, 48 of Phoenix, has also been charged for her role. Court papers indicate she helped Slattery with the removal and disposal of the body, and that she also confessed to the crime. She is charged with concealing a human corpse and hindering prosecution.

TWC News has learned that some of the victim's remains have since been found. Officials say they are working closely with the medical examiner's office to identity him and his cause of death.

No motive has been released, and the investigation is ongoing.

Family members we spoke to say they believe the victim is Aikeem Hudgins, and a GoFundMe page has been set up to help the family with funeral expenses.
