NORTH CAROLINA -- As the snow clouds clear from the weekend, many across North Carolina will be getting back to work and school, but patches of black ice may make that difficult.

ROADS
The State Highway Patrol is still warning North Carolinians impacted by the snowstorm not to drive unless you have to. If you do have to drive, it is advised that you allot time to drive slower than usual.
Some shaded spots could see ice lingering for several days.
NCDOT suggests checking your route if you have to travel in the morning.
AIRPORTS
Airports all over the state saw delays and cancellations as the storm moved in, but many flight schedules are now returning to back to normal.
For flights out of Raleigh-Durham International Airport, it is advised to check their website to verify flight statuses.
For flights out of Charlotte Douglas International Airport, it is advised to check your air carrier's websites for flight statuses.
For flights out of Piedmont Triad International Airport, it is advised to check their website to verify flight statuses.
For all regional airports, it is advised to check with their websites for travel details.
TRAINS
Amtrak had announced several delays along the East Coast ahead of the storm's arrival, but service is expected to return to normal on Tuesday.
